Dilip Pandey – a crusader with a compassionate heart*
Born in a farmer family, struggling through many hardships, Dilip became a successful computer engineer (MCA, FLMI, Six Sigma GB). As a software professional, he worked in several countries and was living a comfortable, luxurious life with family. However, when he witnessed world-class infrastructure and civic amenities, deep within, he felt the pain of fellow Indians struggling for basic necessities of life. He resolved to do something about it and make a lasting impact on their lives.
An opportunity knocked his door in form of the Anna Movement. He participated in it along with other youth brimming with energy and passion. Against advice from friends and family, he left his cozy life, cushy job and began working for the betterment of people. Under his co-convenorship, the AAP created history winning 67 out of 70 seats. Everyday, you can find him at nooks and corners of streets listening to people, sharing their grief and joy. Oh yes, he is an MLA now, from Timarpur Assembly constituency, and Chief Whip of Delhi Assembly.
Dilip is a man of many dimensions. He is a lifelong member of UNCAC, which is a corruption-fighting international organization endorsed by United Nations. He is a sensitive author and has already authored 4 books, and the fifth one is on its way.
He started Radhika Prahlad Foundation, a non-profit entity, with intent of helping the poor and needy. He is a musician, runs a NGO ‘Muzic For All’ and a band called ‘The Fakeer Café’ that plays live music for the underprivileged.
A Finance and Legal professional, Mr. Amarendra Kumar is associated with one of the India’s Leading Infrastructure Company. As a Social activist and a die-hard Philanthropist, he has been associated with various charitable organizations working for the not so privileged, aiming particularly at social causes to alleviate the prevalent community malaise. His primary aim is to bridge disparity in the society through various initiatives on education, healthcare, livelihood and capacity building. He has been sharing his expertise in the field since more than a decade now and is dire committed. He is ever ready to implement social reforms and policy measures that contribute to the general welfare of the populace.

Jitender Singh is a staunch believer of the concept of COMMUNITY Upgradation especially for the downtrodden. He has tendered selfless service to the nation during the corona outbreak and subsequent lockdown announced by the government. Through the foundation, he has been instrumental in providing relief measures actively to thousands of needy people. He along with his team members has provided food, ration and other essential items to scores of people in distress.
In the past, Mr. Jitendra has made efforts to strengthen the various schemes and programmes being run by the government and other related agencies. Prominent amongst his initiatives are Family Planning Schemes, Camps for Correction of Vision, Immunisation programmes with the help of special camps and specific relief to one and all.
He has been a pioneer in assisting the people suffering from poverty, lack of basic resources for survival, the disabled or persons with special needs, widows, old and aged, to name a few. Mr. Jitender has always come forward to assist the nation in times of distress, flood, epidemic, earthquakes or sudden natural calamities, riots or riot like situations. His contribution to the foundation has been immense and commendable.
